Oprah has made the decision to end her TV talk show. It's amazing that she has had this show running for 25 years! Her shows have always been informative, entertaining, and timely. She never seemed to shy away from any of those tough subjects, and was always able to bring the public what they were craving. In her 25 years she has interviewed such a variety of personalities, from the most famous to the most average. She has always seemed to be able to make guest feel comfortable and at ease.Her show actually surpassed Phil Donahue's talk show that was once considered the most popular talk show on TV. She hasn't stopped at TV either, she has starred in 2 movies, The Color Purple, and Beloved, did a few TV shows, and was also the voice for several animated movies. She published 2 magazines, 'Oprah' and 'O", and co-founded the TV network 'Oxygen', as well as founded her own production company 'Harpo'.
Her show opened doors for many other talented talk show hosts like Dr. Phil and Dr. Oz. It seems like the end of her show, might just be the beginning of more new and thought provoking projects.

You had better check your facts, Oprah will be ending her talk show on Sept.1,2011 not 2010 as you stated.
