Yum! Cookie Diet

The cookie diet was invented by Dr. Siegal 30 years ago, but today it is getting more hype than ever before. Why shouldn't it? It every woman's dream come true: eat desserts and lose weight.

The cookie diet claims that their snacks will curb your hunger so that you can follow a low-calorie diet program for healthy weight loss. One Arizona woman went from size 24 to size six by munching on the program's cookies. If it does work, the cookie diet gets my highest diet rating!
