Top Searched Diet Pills on AOL Search:1. Hydroxycut

6. Meridia
7. Xenical
8. Relacore
9. Lipovox
10. Metabolife
Dieting is hard! Quick diets don't help you lose weight long term and exercise regimens are hard to stick to. Maybe diet pills really are the best way how to lose weight effectively. Check out our list of the top searched diet pills on AOL Search.
Hydroxycut made it to the top of our most searched list, but I wouldn't recommend taking it. The FDA issued a recall due to the pills links to liver damage and one death. Following the FDA warning, it spiked on our list!
I can see why Alli made it towards the top of the list. According to their customer testimonials, this pill, along with diet and exercise, can increase weight loss up to 50 percent. However, Alli is known to have some nasty side effects as well. According to their website, you will pass something "that looks like the oil on top of a pizza" out your body. Are the benefits worth the costs?
Did you know phentermine received FDA approval back in 1959? It's still a top searched diet pill today. It's strange to think people have been using phentermine for so long.
I have to say, I'm a little skeptical of all these miracle pills and I wonder if they really lead to healthy weight loss. There are so many diet pills that out there that I question how safe they really are. Some of these diet pills I have actually heard of like Hoodia and Hydroxycut. But what exactly are Meridia and Lipovox? Lipovox, number 9, is made of extracts from superfoods like flaxseed, barley, green tea, acai and more. The antioxidants from these superfoods are great for your body.
Yes, popping a diet pill does sound much easier than counting your calories or exercising, but do they really work? Have you tried any of these diet pills? And if so, what worked for you? Type 'diet pills' in the AOL Search Box above for more information on diet pills. Or, if diet pills aren't your thing, check out our Top Searched Fitness Equipment post.

dont buy Avon products/ They experiment with rabbits and other small animals before being approved for sale when they should know whether or not their products work.animals are forced into contraptions that hold their heads and make their eyes stay open then hair sprays, deodorants, perfumes whatever they sell is squirted into these animals eyes, mouth and nostrils. not fair i tell you. plenty of no goods in prisons. use them... women nand men.

I agree that supplements can not be the stand alone answer to lose weight. I think that they can be a good start along with proper diet and exercise. I found a web site that offers all of these in one place. There are so many sites out there that offer one or the other this site has it all.

Diet pills do work! I took Natural Trim after my first two children were born. I lost 40 pounds the first time, 50 the next. after my third child the product was no longer available. I then used a doctor prescribed and monitored pill, phentermine. It gives you energy, and curbs your appetite so you don't want to eat! I have tons of friends who went to the same doctor. It's the deal!

If you are having trouble losing weight, please see your doctor as you might have a bad thyroid. I saw my doc recently regarding high blood pressure, had some lab work and found out that I did have a bad thyroid. Now that I'm taking thyroid hormonal supplements, I'm losing weight--yet drinking a lot of water and walking 30 minutes a day.

I have been on Phentermine for the last 60 days and I've doubled the weight loss. Diet is a way of life, but ultimately it can help jumpstart any diet plan. I love it, and the only side effects are insomnia and sometimes nausea...but after about a day or so everything is back to normal!

I was lucky enough to never have been overweight in my life. That all ended after the birth of my second child. I got down to 20 pounds over my normal weight but no matter what I did I couldn't lose the rest. I didn't know if was age catching up with me or if somehow my metabolism changed. Whatever the reason, nothing was working.

I tried phentermine, and I have to say that this really works ! I was not a believer until I witnessed this myself about 30 lbs in 2-3 mths. I weighed 281, now i weigh 253, it works.

I have always had slow metabolism and it's been really hard for me
to lose weight and stay healthy. Then I heard about the power of Cha'
de Bugre and soon after Brazilian Pure. I've been using Brazilian
Pure for 8 months now and it's simply amazing. I have a higher level
of energy throughout the day. I've already lost 52 pounds and
couldn't be happier with the results.

I had been overweight for 20 yrs and once again was on a diet and exercise plan when my doctor suggested I try Phentermine. Over the course of a yr, I lost 95 lbs and I have now kept it off without the meds for 2 yrs. I don't think there is a magic pill, but with all the right steps in place (healthy eating, exercise, etc) this drug was able to curb my appetite just enough to shut my brain off and not think about food 24/7. One side effect some people note is it makes them jittery/race - but that never happened to me. It did make me sleep a little less when I took it a noon everyday, so I took it in the am, and there were no more problems. I'm not advocating for the drug, just telling you what worked for me.

My daughter (26) took Hydroxycut for a couople of weeks this spring, lost the 15 lbs she wanted but ended up in the ER. She went out and had a few drinks after she went off the Hydroxycut since whe reacher her goal but became nauseaous, had violent headache, then nearly comatose. At that point we took her to the ER to learn she had caffeine poisoning resulting from build up of Hydroxycut in her system. She nearly died. Her discharge papers from the hospital said to avoid any use of Hydroxycut and caffeine.

I have been using Anoretix and really like it. No jitters and really curbs your appetite. This is a good site for diet pill reviews and gives you the ingredients of what is in each pill and what the ingredient does: http://www.dietpillcritic.com/

Anyone try Didrex?
By Dave T on May 5th 2009 at 9:12PM
I have tried Alli and Acai Berry. They have not worked for me. It was a total waste of money.
Before and after pictures are posted on the web, but I don't buy it.
Good luck, eat less and exercie!!

This whole Hydroxycut thing is nonsense. Only 22 cases of 'problems' and 1 death over a 7 year period - no information has been provided over the length of time these people took the product (should be cycled max of 12 weeks then 4 week break), nor what their health condition was before taking the product used by millions of people.
Vitamin C causes more problems and deaths then a lot fo things - check ER's most misused drugs list as this is higher then a lot of other drugs/vitamins.
Aspirin, Ibruprofen are even more dangerous. If people use things right then it wouldnt come to this.
Please note that the company withdrew the product, not the FDA!

I can not believe all of these people trying to sell "diet pills", the words diet & pills should not go together. I am a mom of 4, on the birth of my 3rd child I was freaking out thinking "how does a body come back after 3 kids?" Well I had my 4th last August & I am 119lbs & 5'5". I used a workout called chicometrics, no equip., no "catches", just abour $20 or so dollars & my own will power. I still eat fast food, cake, candy, I just do it in moderation. A pill isn't go to drop weight & keep it off- if that existed the U.S would not be over weight. Working out sucks, I know, but being suckered in by these companies isn't going to help. Try what I did, if you can't feel & see it working then you aren't doing it.
I am in no way connected with Chicometrics, I have just used it & recommended it to everyone trying to lose weight-the healthy way.

I am so sorry they took ephedra off the market. I found it to be the best in helping with weight loss. But I can understand it can be dangerous if not used properly. Theres nothing else that even comes close to it though.

I purchased Hydroxycut Hardcore about a month ago and me not being a pill person I didnt start the recommended dose right away I took 1 pill PER DAY instead of 3 pills twice daily... I got a huge energy Boost that lasted all day and I sweat like I dont know what. I worked out and started a healthy diet When I saw that it had been recalled I honestly just laughed. I'm not going to stop taking something just because a few people had liver problems. Many doctors frown upon diet pills to include my doctor at the VA medical center but Said because I take such a low dose i may not see the effects as everyone else has. However Now that I am disabled and hardly able to walk I have packed on the pounds. But in my active duty time with exercise all the time I stayed very fit and looked amazing MAN I MISS THOSE DAYS!!!!
