It can be hard to keep motivated while working out at your home gym. So, make sure to choose an exercise DVD that will keep you entertained as well as get your heart rate up. Don't just look for workouts that promise great results. Find something that you will truly have fun doing and you will be more likely to stick to your routine. Also, consider your fitness level when browsing through the different workout videos. We all want something that will keep us challenged, but if it is too hard you are more likely to quit that fitness program and tuck the DVD away for good. For exercise newbies, don't be ashamed to start out slowly with a low intensity workout, like pilates (the fifth video on our list). More advanced exercise enthusiasts will enjoy intense weight loss workouts, like number ten on our list by 'Biggest Loser' trainer Jillian Michaels.

I used to have a total gym but sold it and added some money and purchased a bow-flex system. I have had it for close to 5 years now and still it will kick my butt. I normally exercise 3 times a week and it keeps me toned and feeling great.

I love Jillian Michaels. She is tough, but such a great motivator that really cares about getting you healthy. I listen to her on Sunday mornings here in Calif. I've lost 80 pounds over the past year and a half, and started to see it creep back up over the holidays. I am back in stride, I dont want it to get out of control and be fat again.

I love the "Weights" series (three different levels) offered by Body Sculpting at flexcity.com. I lost inches without losing a lot of weight and I am a lot firmer now. I've been exercising in front of my tv for a little over a year now and my clothes fit me better than they did when I was 20. I'm 50 now.
