I'm all for doing whatever you need to do to make yourself look better, but using expensive creams or going under the knife is not the only answer. I find that a lot of my friends are far more likely to want to treat a problem than want to prevent one. They want to get lipo to get even bonier and Botox and micro-derm for wrinkles. Again, I am for anything to look younger and thinner, but it is better to try to change your diet as well. I have had microderm and it is great, but eating healthy, drinking water and having vitamins, using sunblock and eating Flax are what is most important. Just by adding flax to my diet, my skin and nails look much better and I finally lost the weight I needed. Don't get me wrong you can't eat Flax and then munch on everything you want, but it is an extremely valuable tool in the battle against being fat and old looking!

Don't use petroleum products on your skin! Skin is your largest organ and petroleum products prevent it from getting air. Read the labels! Mineral oil, baby oil, petroleum jelly are all petroleum products. A great skin product for wrinkles, burns, cuts, acne, eczema and many other conditions is 100% Pure AUSTRALIAN Emu oil. Look for AGA APPROVAL. Unfortunately, American Emu, is in general overprocessed and it does not work as well. I have tried American Emu Oil (that said it met AGA standards), but I was not pleased with the results that 100% Pure Australian Emu Oil provides. There are a few sites on e-Bay that have the product at reasonable prices.
