Howard Stern, famous for his scandalous radio show, tied the knot for the second time this Friday. He married his longtime girlfriend, Beth Ostrosky, in a traditional ceremony at Manhattan's Le Cirque restaurant. Though he once worried on air that marrying the actress and model would ruin a good thing, he took the plunge anyway.Meanwhile, celebs on the West Coast were celebrating for different reasons. Disney Channel stars and 7,000 of Miley Cyrus' closest friends gathered in Disneyland to wish her a Sweet 16. The party culminated in front of Sleeping Beauty's Castle with a grand finale, which included 16-feet-tall birthday candles and a fantastic firework show to the tune of Hannah Montana's hit 'Best of Both Worlds.' The Teen Queen's best birthday gift wasn't for her though. She helped donate $1 million to Youth Service America, an organization that encourages kids to volunteer.
In the racing world, victory tasted sweet for Tony Stewart, who won his first race this season. Technically Regan Smith finished first at Talladega, but he was dropped to 18th after he dipped under the boundary lines during the race. Stewart knows that feeling all too well; he was the first convicted of the same rule-breaking in 2001.
Things heated up on the campaign trail this weekend. After Sarah Palin accused Barack Obama of associating with terrorists, the Democratic Party camp struck back against John McCain. In a new video, the Obama campaign highlights McCain's connection to a political scandal that was part of the Savings and Loan crisis of the late 1980s and early 1990s. McCain was one of the five senators, known as the Keating Five, who were investigated for intervening with bank regulators on behalf of Charles Keating. In the end, McCain was chastised for 'poor judgment' by the Senate ethics panel. Will McCain's prior history hurt the presidential candidate in the presidential election? Your vote will decide. Finally, just what we've all been waiting for: an end to high gas prices. Even though it seems that all we've seen over the past few months are rising gas prices, low gas prices may finally be in sight. I lost all the respect I had for Stern when he got divorced after claiming for all those years how good they got along. I use to love to listen to him and even enjoyed his movie but I really could care less about him now.

Howard is a very talented and entertaining individual. Sirius Radio is the best. However, the greatest thing Howard Stern ever did was to hire Scott Ferrall!!!!!

I have thought that Howard Stern is the dregs of the earth ever since I heard him make fun of a person with Cerebral Palsy on his radio show many years ago. He is as ugly on the outside as he is on the inside! Just as the old adage goes "Money can buy you anything" even a wife.

i wish people would check their facts before responding to something like this story. people who obviously don't listen to his show still feel the need to bash him. no talent? what does being number one in New York City radio mean? no talent? he is a success in everything he does. and for the guy who has said he has never spent a dime on stern? bullshit buddy. you bought something that he has advertised in the last 30 years! with out a doubt! i hate stern...he does this and that...how do you know what he does? because you listen!!

I am so happy for the two of them! I know that those who don't listen think that Howard is a pig, but isn't there a difference between a public and a private persona? We all have the FREEDOM to change the dial or turn off what we don't like..problem is, once the that's done, many don't try again. I find Howard's show extremely funny and entertaining. I was completely surprised that this was the weekend, though now that I think of it, it makes sense. The Jewish Holidays are upon us making it a short work week for many. Congratulations Beth and Howard. I like you even more as a married man (probably because I'm married with a 25th anniversary coming up)
