Howard Stern, famous for his scandalous radio show, tied the knot for the second time this Friday. He married his longtime girlfriend, Beth Ostrosky, in a traditional ceremony at Manhattan's Le Cirque restaurant. Though he once worried on air that marrying the actress and model would ruin a good thing, he took the plunge anyway.Meanwhile, celebs on the West Coast were celebrating for different reasons. Disney Channel stars and 7,000 of Miley Cyrus' closest friends gathered in Disneyland to wish her a Sweet 16. The party culminated in front of Sleeping Beauty's Castle with a grand finale, which included 16-feet-tall birthday candles and a fantastic firework show to the tune of Hannah Montana's hit 'Best of Both Worlds.' The Teen Queen's best birthday gift wasn't for her though. She helped donate $1 million to Youth Service America, an organization that encourages kids to volunteer.
In the racing world, victory tasted sweet for Tony Stewart, who won his first race this season. Technically Regan Smith finished first at Talladega, but he was dropped to 18th after he dipped under the boundary lines during the race. Stewart knows that feeling all too well; he was the first convicted of the same rule-breaking in 2001.
Things heated up on the campaign trail this weekend. After Sarah Palin accused Barack Obama of associating with terrorists, the Democratic Party camp struck back against John McCain. In a new video, the Obama campaign highlights McCain's connection to a political scandal that was part of the Savings and Loan crisis of the late 1980s and early 1990s. McCain was one of the five senators, known as the Keating Five, who were investigated for intervening with bank regulators on behalf of Charles Keating. In the end, McCain was chastised for 'poor judgment' by the Senate ethics panel. Will McCain's prior history hurt the presidential candidate in the presidential election? Your vote will decide. If you haven't taken the time to register to vote in the 2008 election, do it today.
Finally, just what we've all been waiting for: an end to high gas prices. Even though it seems that all we've seen over the past few months are rising gas prices, low gas prices may finally be in sight. Just as the stock market dropped, oil prices fell below $90 a barrel today, bringing the price to an eight-month low.

I am glad he has disappeared into pay radio, I now listen to radio again. I don't, and I don't think America does either, miss him a bit. Same old crap of chicks doing skits designed to entertain 10th graders, I was hoping, with all they paid him, he would bankrupt serious radio but it won't be long now, who is going to PAY to hear this creep tell the world how great he is and fart into the radio like a 5th grade drop out? Hey Howie, don't lose your money that gold digger will leave you faster than you can imagine.

All of you who have made negative comments about Howard or Beth have obviously never listen to the man's show long enough to know that he not what you assume him to be like. If you listened or got your heads out of your asses you would know exactly what I am talking about. Start listening for your selves and stop listening to the media or and form your own opinions.

I think it's funny that all the Stern haters that commented obviously took the time to click on this story in the first place. You DON'T have to like his show or believe his views! Don't buy SIRIUS or click on news links about him! I for one think he's a genius and enjoy his points of view on politics and other national events, the comedy of is show is just a plus.

These people that go around bashing the Stern show are just displaying there ignorance . They probably have never taken the time to relay listen to the show. If they had they would com to realize that he is not only one of the most talented and honest but also one of the most intelligent broadcasters to ever live

Lee, why on Earth do you think Linda McCartney was a gold digger? Her and Paul were married forever, had kids together and had a great marriage. She didn't marry him and divorce him for his money.
