I was heavy my whole life and my mode of dressing was just to disguise my weight. The sole criterion was hoping something would not make my butt look pig, would hide my heavy arms and would disguise my stomach.
I recently lost weight and it is so freeing. I used to just get pants at Old Navy (my brother called me Old Piggy as most of my clothing was from their and I was heavy....siblings are so mean!)
Now that I am smaller (normal size 8 - 10 at 5 '3") I am loving going to H&M and Zara and sometimes Forever 21 (http://www.forever21.com) and dressing a little "boho-ee" I love looking kinda funky and mixing patterns.
I am keeping the weight off by drinking tons of water (or crystal light) and walking as much as I can. I don't have the time to go to a gym as I am going to school and working full time. I wear smartsole anti-cellulite insoles that cause you to burn more calories with every step. I cannot understand why the idiotic news media keeps her antics in front of our kids and continually keep slamming her stupidity down our throats. She indeed is in serious need of medical attention but rather serious jail time.

the GOP wouldn't dare schedule any more unscripted air time for Palin, this would give people more time to realize that she's totally clueless... the prospect of her becoming the Commander in Chief is frightening
