I have to admit, I love wearing jeans. Not only are they comfortable but you can dress them up or down depending on your mood. Over the years, I (unfortunately) have become a jeans snob. With so many designer labels out there, it's become much easier to find the perfect pair for my body type.I like when designers who are experimental with their fashion. When you shop through designer lines you can find so many different styles, like skinny jeans, wide-leg, low rise and denim skirts.
A few years ago I had a girlfriend who raved about how much she loved Seven Jeans. She went on about how they were hip-slimming, butt-lifting and great-fitting. So I had to try them out for myself and I have to say she was absolutely right. These jeans extremely comfortable and they fit great, too. Since then I've also purchased jeans from Lucky Brand, Guess and Adriano Goldschmied. My absolute favorite pair of jeans are Hudson Jeans, they are so comfortable and stylish.
Lately I've had the itch to test out some new jeans. I decided to see what our top searched designer jeans are on AOL Search. I've heard True Religion jeans fit well and are very comfortable. Celebrities are always sporting Rock & Republic jeans. Have you heard of Not Your Daughter's jeans? They're also called "tummy tuck " jeans and claim to flatten your stomach, slim your thighs and lift your butt. (Time to hit Nordstrom and Bloomingdales.)

My FAVORITE place to find great fitting jeans is GratefulJeans.com! Prewashed jeans always fit better and you can find your old favorites that are no longer produced! Excellent service there too!

Come on people. I know it's an election year but must you all make such political comments about everything and even turn a simple fashion article about fashionable jeans into a politcal commentary forum?! Get real! Some of us need a break from all the politcal BS and the very first instruction list here is and I quote: Please keep your comments relevant to this blog entry. I don't think political comments are either relevant or necessary here and are unwanted by me. Anyone else???

I Love my Just My Size jeans they are comfortable but kind of plain. Can anyone out there recommend another brand that might be more fashionable for those of us who wear plus sizes? Those "tummy tuck" jeans mentioned in the article sound interesting.

Buffalo Jeans are amazing, european cut, great fit. I have a problem with jeans because the cuts are to fit full figured women (ie. fatter women)and especially jeans like &'s, i love em, but i have to get them altered.

I love the Lands End Full Cut, (I call them the Bigger Butt Jeans. They fit well, I can move in them to do walking, lifting, working, etc. And they come in several colors, so I can even use them to dress up.

The surest way to get me NOT to buy your brand of jeans is to call it "Not Your Daughter's Jeans".
They've also forgotten Blue Cult and for you fans of things Canadian Dish Denim.

I wear a size twelve and find the Gloria Vanderbilt line fits great, both pants, shorts and capris. I also wear levis, lee and somtimes Liz Claiborne, also dockers has a good line of jeans. I never pay retale, shop at outlets or departments stores when they are running sales. If you shop around you can get name brand jeans for as little as $10.00, thats what I like to see. Hope this helps.

#14, warren miller, although they may not be high end designer jeans have you tried aeropostale? they come in all lengths and also gap and old navy. actually, i buy aeropostale jeans for my 11 year old daughter because they tend to run small and the length is a little shorter than most jeans, but they do have some cool jeans that look just as good as the the designer and/or premium jeans.

I think the best jeans are Hollister and American Eagle and Abercombe and Fitch
