With spring and summer approaching, many of my friends have been talking about one thing: losing weight. There is one pill that should be on this list. It is Zylene. all natural and it works so well. My wife and I tried it back in october. OMG, you have tried zylene too? Isn't it great? I can stay on a diet for the first time in years!! I will swear by it. I have also tried them all, even the prescription ones like tenuate. I am so happy I am taking a natural pill and my doctor is ok with this too. I lost over 40 pounds, but I still have a ways to go. I want to lose a total of 82 pounds. 42 more to go, but I know I will get there this time. My blood pressure is down and so is my cholesterol. Take a look at it. Zylene should be on this list!

I'm a weight couselor/motivator and definitely not a purist. I am all
for any tool than can help with weight loss as long as it is healthy.
I am soooo against any product with ephedra. I know that Zylene is ephedra free and has green tea, I plan on looking into to see if it is effective!
Here are a few tips that I give out to my clients:
Don't let the perfect be the enemy of the good. If you can't be
perfect in your eating don't make the day a wash and start
"tomorrow".
Try to eat something you truly enjoy every day.
Try to eat tomatoes in some form..lycopene is great for all
especially men!
Get a pedometer and try to walk 10,000 steps a day.
If you don't get enough fruits and veggies take a good multi vitamin.
Try to get exercise in when you can. I have read about smartsoles on

Join a support group to discuss food issues. I have found that good

Lets talk about something that REALLY works for weight loss -- does anyone remember good old dexedrine? The docs used to dole these things out like candy -- and you not only lost weight, but got a pretty good buzz on too! OK, there are side effects -- but better to get a clean pharma tablet than a kitchen concoction of cleaning fluids like today's bathtub meth.

I have been on phentermine for the last 3 months - haven't done anything different and I'm down 12.5 lbs. My doctor prescribed it - however its limited to 6 months. Also, be weary if you have blood pressure issues or concerns as this product can significantly raise blood pressure. I haven't had any issues, but look into it before you decide what your going to do.

I have also used phentermine and have had terrible side effects from it. I can't get any doctor to prescribe it to me anymore. The down side of phentermine is that it does work great -for about 6 months. After that if you are lucky enough to get a prescription for six more months, you'll be even luckier to lose anymore weight. I lost a whoppin ten pounds a week for the first three weeks and at least 1-2 pounds every couple of days. After I went off of the pills the weight came right back on with a vengeance!

I have been on Phentermine for a little over 6 months and I have lost 55 pounds from it. I stay on a 1000 calorie diet a day and have absolutely no side effects. It basicaaly just makes my brain tell my stomache I am not hungry and while eating you feel alot fuller therefore don't even want to eat as much.
