xt, it is time for winter holidays. And before you know it, you have consumed your body weight in stuffing. This winter I was not exactly disciplined when it came to showing self control from these seasonal treats. Since spring will be here before you know it, I need to combat the effects of my poor food choices. That's right ... it's time to go on a diet!
There are so many diets out there. Where do I begin? I checked out what diets people were searching for on AOL Search to give me a better idea of where to start. I have heard good things about the South Beach diet as well as the Zone. I did Atkins once in college, but by the end the sight of an omelet made me ill ... so I don't think I will be doing that again. And what is the cookie diet? Oh, isn't the lemonade diet the one that Beyonce did?

I know how to diet just like most women. The problem is staying motivated. I recently discovered Zylene. It has been blogged about and posted a lot. It kills my cravings and it upped my metabolism. Diet and exercise are the best ways to lose weight but its a lifestyle change and takes a lot of motivation. If you can get a little help with a diet pill thats NATURAL and ORGANIC how can you go wrong. Zylene is amazing and the results are even more incredible. Iv'e tried several diets, but the one that helped the most, was the easiest to follow and let me eat enough to feel full was the Scarsdale Medical
Diet. after you are on it for a couple weeks, you learn how to tweak the recipies and spice things up so they dont become boring. great diet, I lost 50 pounds in three months on it following the 2 on 2 off (or moderation) diet plan.

The cookies on the cookie diet are just awful. The diet did nothing for and I tried hard. I wanted to gag by the 2nd day. It's expensive too.

Thanks Juliet I had never heard of SmartSoles. I will try them..As for all the pills some of you are taking..PLEASE, be careful. They are all dangerous and not approved in most cases. It is better to do it in a healthy way. I have tried all the diets..and DIET is a 4 letter word. The least I worry about dieting and just eat healthy, the more I seem to lose. Good luck to all..it is NOT easy! Dr. Oz seems to have the best approach. He will be on Oprah again Monday 11/5..

My husband and I have done the south beach diet in the past and were walking alot then. It worked great, we were not hungry etc. Then a Thanksgiving came and then Christmas, and needless to say we quit. That was a number of years ago and we are doing it again only we have not started walking, which we need to but....anyhow, you have to not look at it as a diet but as a lifestyle. Most diets will help you loose weight if you follow it, but when you go back to old eating habits, the weight comes back. Same with pills, you quit and the weight comes back. I think you need a mixture between low carbs, low fat. you just have to eat smart and get some type of excercise, but of any diets, I think the South Beach is it!

Remember that exercise is an important component to go along with healthy eating habits. If you don't have a gym membership their are numerous exercises you can do at home such as with your own bodyweight and/or light dumbbells. Thanks for the tip about SmartSoles. We will be looking into that. My husband and I have never dieted becasue we have seen so many failures, that we were discouraged to try. Ron claimed to weigh 350 because that is what the scale said. His friends know that the scale stopped, but he didn't. At the proding of a friend we began an adventure called GKDiet last October, and it's changed our lives. Today,Ron weighs 90lbs less but more importantly, he is down 57". We are never hungry, and take no medication. Learning to eat according to your genetic body type will open the door to a healthier you.

I have to agree with both comments 9 and 10. I am on the South Beach Diet at the recomendation of the person that I bought Zylene from. She also had told me that Zylene was not going to be a permanant thing, but Zylene could naturally and safely help me to stay on my diet, adopt good habits and get healthy again. That is the goal, to get thinner and healthier. Zylene is not like all the other diet pills out there. I have never taken anything like it. I am eating healthier than I have in years and have lost 10 lbs and want to lose 5 more. I too bought mine at http://www.zylenebody.com. Sorry all you Zylene dieters..I just read the list of ingredients and I wouldn't put all those things in my body. Who ever heard of most of that stuff? Green tea yes, but no thank you to all those herbs from 'God knows where' . Like Ephedra.. and Phen Phen (sp) you don't know until it is too late. This Hoodia is not approved..Even this new Alli..makes you have Diarrhea..and gets your electolytes all messed up. Sorry, but you couldn't give me that stuff..and Zylene is a multi-level marketing scheme..Wealth 4 Health?? Come on!!!

I personaly has done many diets, from herballife, to slim fast, meridia, the cabage soup, weight watchers,southbeach diet,fatselzer,relacore pills,drink 8 glasses of water,ect and i think the best way to loose weight is to zipper your mouth,and exercise regulary.
