rule applies to everything from your DVD collection to the items in your medicine cabinet. After rummaging through decongestants and old bottles of aspirin, I came across a bottle of Trimspa. This also just so happened to be at the time that people had started to sue Trimspa for false representation. Needless to say, that bottle of pills did not make the move to my new place. But it made me think about diet pills. Who really knows what is in them? And who really knows if they work? I have not tried any lately, but I know that I did in college. From my memory of the experience, I do not remember any miracle drugs being out there.
Maybe science has progressed and these pills are more effective now? It seems like since the release of the Alli pill and other OTC drugs, diet pills have been in the press a lot. There always seems to be a new theory about how to battle the bulge. I wanted to check out what diet pills people were looking for on AOL Search to see what is hot right now.
No shock that Alli and Phentermine top the list. I have also heard of Hoodia and Hydroxycut. But what is Relacore? And Adipex? Have you tried any of these pills?
What worked for you? Try searching for diet pills on AOL Search. Or, if diet pills aren't your thing, you can check out AOL Body for weight loss tips.

I've had my share of trying diet pills throughout the years. I've researched pills before taking them. But recently I found out what diet pill manufacturers fail to tell the consumer. They fail to say how the pills work on the body. They fail to say that appetite suppresants dont work with your digestive system, but they do send false siganls of "full sensations" to the brain. Alli on the other hand does work directly with the digestive system. So think about it........Anything that messes with your brain can't be good in any way.

I have taken adipax and Phentermine. My body can handle the Adipax and I have lost weight with it. I just recently tried the Phentermine and it did not respond with my body very well, so I stopped using them.
If you do not want to gain the weight back after taking the pills do not revert back to the old eating habits. easy huh

I got Phentermine by rx.. although i didnt take it everday and go on a diet, so i dont know if it really works.. I do know that for me it was like coke.. i had the fast heart beat, i couldnt keept still andi had heart palpitations, as well as sweating....
If I were a few years younger i probably would have shared it with y friends before we went to a bar... I had health insurance so it was paid for.. cheaper drug lol... Im kidding.. But I do think that its addicting and not for everyone. If you have any kind of heart issue i wouldnt try it... I have strange heart beats here and there and now im wondering could it have been from taking this medication over a year ago, since that was the first time i ever had palpitations and i am only 26 yrs old

I JUST WANT TO SAY THAT I WISH EVERYONE WOULD EAT HEALTHY ALL THE TIME AND EXCERCISE AT LEAST 3 TIMES A WEEK...AN OUNCE OF PREVENTION IS = TO A POUND OF CURE. SECONDLY, I WOULD LIKE TO SEE AMERICANS MAKE AN EFFORT TO DECIDE FOR THEMSELVES WHAT BEAUTY TRULY IS...IN ORDER TO DO THIS WE SHOULD CONSIDER FASTING FROM THE FOLLOWING: 1)FASHION (ALL FORMS OF IT THAT REQUIRE YOU TO MAINTAIN THIER IDEA OF CHIC),2) THE MEDIA, 3)PROFESSIONAL SPORTS SPORTS, 4) REFRAIN FROM PURCHASING ANY MUSIC PRODUCTS AND 5) DON'T FUND ANY FORM OF ENTERTAINMENT I.E; MOVIES,DVD'S ETC.
I THINK IF THESE INDUSTRIES WERE SHUT OUT OF OUR LIVES FOR A WHILE WE MIGHT BETTER GAIN MORE OF A GRIP ON WHAT TRULY MATTERS, BECAUSE THE WAY THINGS ARE ALL THAT WE ARE TEACHING OUR CHILDREN IS TO BE RICH,SKINNY,FAMOUS(AT ANY COST)PEOPLE WITH LITTLE REGARD FOR THE HUMAN FACTOR...THIS WORLD IS READY FOR A BIG CHANGE...I AM READY FOR A BIG CHANGE...THERE ARE FAR TOO MANY IMPORTANT ISSUES AT HAND THAT DON'T DESCRIMINATE BY LOOKS NOR MONETARY FUNDAMENTALS.ANY TAKERS? PASS THE WORD...AND YOU WILL HAVE A SAY IN WHAT IS PUT OUT THERE FOR YOUR LOVED ONES TO KNOW.

About 4 years ago, I took Phetermine for 3 and a half months, and I lost 156 pounds in that time. I had severe complications from it, I had to have surgery, and then another surgery right after that. It caused me to lose my gall bladder, but I will admit, Id go through it all again for the same effects. Phentermine DOES work, you just have to be aware of how your eating.

I wish they would come up with a diet pill that really works, and it's not dangerous to ones health. Phentermine is very bad has very bad side effects as for Allie You need to wear a diper all day.

I do FREE in home spa's. It is so relaxing and doesnt cost you a thing. When the spa is done you can purchase products so that you can recreate the spa every day. This helps to keep your thoughts off food and on taking care of yourself.

Diets don't work. You would do well to educate yourself about cleansing and detoxing the body and flooding it with nutritional support. When you lose weight on diets and then go off, the toxins are still in your body, and the weight comes back plus some. Do something good for your body that is long-lasting. Learn to work with these tools. I am a Cleansing Coach and having great success for myself and about 480 people who have joined our team since July. This works. Learn the science behind it. The other benefits become so great that the weight loss becomes secondary, and you would never have thought that would be so. Jack Canfield is an associate with our company and has just written a book about it, Chicken Soup for the Healthy Soul. Dr. John Gray of Mars and Venus fame has written a book and created a whole program after studying the effects of nutrition and cleansing and detox on brain chemistry, and he is an associated with us, too. I'd love to tell you more.

I have tried most of the diet pills listed on the top 10. Phentermine made me lose weight but I did not keep it off. It also made my blood pressure and heart rate jump off the charts. Alli is a lesser version of Xenical and if you eat any fatty foods, be near a restroom because it will hit you very suddenly. Relacore did not help me lose weight but it was a very good mood stabalizer. Cortisol helped me lose a little belly fat but once it was in my system for over 45 days, I started gaining weight again. Hoodia only gave me headaches.
Losing weight is a very hard thing for many people to do. I did not start losing weight until I made a mental and physical commitment to do so. I started with Physicians Weight Loss and while it works, it was too expensive for me to keep up with. I talked with my doctor and she referred me to a nutritionist (most medical insurance will pay for this service). From there, I was advised to join a gym. Couldn't afford it so I purchased exercise tapes that were not too hard to do.
I called a couple of my friends and asked them to join me. We formed a support group, exercise class via video and cooking club focusing on healthy meals. Since we do not have a work out room, we meet at least twice a week in one of the groups back yards with a television and video tapes as our instructor. On the days we don't meet, we do try to work out for at least 30 mins at home.
The bottom line, try to take something positive from each experience you have had with the diets you have tried. Talk to your friends, get a game plan and get going. We started this May 14, 2007 and to date, the 5 of us have lost a total of 86 pounds.
The rewards: good friends, good food, good fellowship & getting skinnier every day!! Good Luck in your journey!

I was on Alli for a month. My advise, is go no your own. I followed that diet to the letter and I lost the first 2 weeks, then nothing. I ended up going off of it. then I started to lose weight again. SAVE YOUR MONEY!

Some of the comments posted are right on. Sugar is the 1# problem in America today. There is alot of commentary about fats, but humans cannot live without fats, period. I'm not condoning eating every fatty thing that comes along, but most people will find if they turn the UDSA food chart upside down, they will lose weight, feel better and have more energy. This next comment may not be a popular one, but, I still think ephedra is the best weight loss "helper" out there. It's too bad it was abused and taken off the market...though it can still be gotten in certain areas of the country.

I've never been too keen on using diet pills due to the side effects that can occure from the ingredients. So I tried Arbonne's figure 8 supplement (because I knew what was in it) Along with their vegan based protein shakes, and detox tea and lost all of the extra baby weight from my 2 year old daughter. My husband saw how easy it was and he has now lost 20 pounds!! Gotta love it!

Alli also keeps you on the toilet constantly. You also have really bad gas and after I went off of it I was still having effects for a couple of days even though I had been off of it for that time....CRAZY! Sorry if I'm being gross but I am trying to help people here. STAY AWAY FROM ALLI!!!

I can only say, by experience, that the number 10 diet pill is the only pill that is both effective and safe. Xenical. If you consider this medication and the draw backs, the drawback is the cost at over 200.00 dollars for a months supply. My insurance does not cover this medication.
This is again by experience and by using many of the 1-9 medications for over 3 months. There are other side effects of the Xenical but, you have to learn how and when to take this medication.
It is wonderful. If I exercise on the medication, walk for 1/2 hr three times a week I can loose 3 lbs in a week. It is hard for me to add exercise into my daily routine so, it takes a little longer to loose the 3 lbs but I am still on Xenical and EXTREMELY happy!!!
