rule applies to everything from your DVD collection to the items in your medicine cabinet. After rummaging through decongestants and old bottles of aspirin, I came across a bottle of Trimspa. This also just so happened to be at the time that people had started to sue Trimspa for false representation. Needless to say, that bottle of pills did not make the move to my new place. But it made me think about diet pills. Who really knows what is in them? And who really knows if they work? I have not tried any lately, but I know that I did in college. From my memory of the experience, I do not remember any miracle drugs being out there.
Maybe science has progressed and these pills are more effective now? It seems like since the release of the Alli pill and other OTC drugs, diet pills have been in the press a lot. There always seems to be a new theory about how to battle the bulge. I wanted to check out what diet pills people were looking for on AOL Search to see what is hot right now.
No shock that Alli and Phentermine top the list. I have also heard of Hoodia and Hydroxycut. But what is Relacore? And Adipex? Have you tried any of these pills?

I tried Relacore last year. It did absolutly NOTHING!
I followed the instructions. Took one pill three times a day (breakfast, lunch and dinner). It is supposed to get rid of the stomack fat. I even exericized. What a waste of $45.00.

There is a new product on the market that isn't listed here. It is called Zylene. All natural, no caffeine and no ephedra. It works! I lost 8 lbs in the first 10 days and feel incredible. If I am hungry I go back on for a day. It increased my energy, suppressed my appetite and curbed my cravings for carbs and sugar. I stay on my healthy eating plan without going crazy on carbs at night. it is incredible! I have tried everything. I didn't like ephedra( my heart raced constantly) tried Alli and was in the bathroom all the time! Zylene can only be bought through distributors.

I have been using Phentermine since June 6th 2007. I have lost 63 lbs to date and my doctor said that I am doing very well. I am on an extreme low calorie diet of an intake under 600 cal per day per my doctor. I have spent $100's on over the counter products and NOTHING has worked for me like phentermine!

This is the first time in my life i have needed to lose weight or diet. It is very hard for me to exercise on a daily basis due to some injuries from sports and car accidents. i am on a medically supervised weight loss plan that includes a low cal diet, phentermine, chromium and b vitamins. its not a wonder drug and you wont lose a ton of weight fast. but you will notice that you eat a lot less (which was my issue, PORTIONS!).
so far in approx 3 weeks i have lost 10lbs :)

I agree that sugar is the biggest problem in our diet. I was having alot of trouble losing weight even though I was dieting, exercising and of course I tried most of the diet pills. None of them work, they just make your heart race faster and it's so dangerous. Alot of people have died because of diet pills. I researched and researched and what I have learned is that sugar makes you fat. Cut down on the sugar (which includes bread, rice, pasta, cereals, juices etc..) from your diet and you'll start losing weight. You need to exercise also. So far I've lost 21 pounds, 20 more to go. I look better,I feel better, my confidence is coming back. I try to tell people to take out sugar from their diet, but sadly they don't want to.

Hello Allie, I am writing to inform you I did have success using diet pills. whe EPHEDRA was lwgal I used a product called Diet Fuel from Twin Labs. I had lost 64 pounds and went from a size 14 to a size 4 within 8 months and kept the weight off for over 3 years until I got married. I think this pill was very effective and not only assisted with weight loss but mental alertness and agility. Hence it's suspension from the general public.

A very good herbal remedy is Ayurslim. http://www.favorfinesse.com/hhayurslim.shtml It is based on an ayurvedic formula and contains pure herbal extracts such as Garcinia, Guggul, Gymnema, Haritaki and Medhika. It works by reducing the craving for sweets (Gymnema), inhibiting fatty acid synthesis (Garcinia), Reducing cholesterol and triglyceride levels (Guggul & Haritaki) and lowering Blood Glucose levels (Medhika)

This article's subheadline stated that "this herbal pill is no. 1" excluding my alli and hoodia. Yet the article does not mention which herbal pill is no. 1. As a reader, I would appreciate it if your story backed up your headlines. I would also appreciate it if you could answer the question: which herbal pill is no. 1? Thank you in advance.

All these pills sound a lot like the Aspirin Diet!! Take one aspirin every day in the morning and then eat only 1000 calories a day. Make sure you work out for AT LEAST an hour a day and you will drop the weight!! The aspirin really works!
Oh please... these diet pills don't work. They may raise your metabolism but just walking and eating sensibly will do that. Don't buy all those pills, they are just a way for companies to get into your wallet. A diet pill cannot do for you what you are not willing to do for yourself. eat right and excersise the way God intended and you will be fine.

I have struggled with weight all my life during pregnancy and after. I finally decided to visit my doctor who found high blood sugars and a thyroid on the fritz. After loosing 25 lbs I discussed a weight management program with my doctor and I have gone from 225lbs to 170 lbs in one year. What was I prescribed? Phentermine and a prescription form of ALLI. I am grateful, my energy is up providing the boost I needed to get me into the GYM. We will see what happens when the prescriptions are no more, but for now I feel great and grateful to Phenterine and ALLI.

I would like to know where Kathleen purchases the phentermine. I tried and they dont sell it online any more. They say it is ilegal to sell now. I use to order it and lost TONS of weight. Loved it!! Can't find it.. as for the ALLI, its disgusting!!

I tried the phentermine and lost weight. It made me jittery and I had trouble sleeping at night. Also, I gained the weight back when I went off them. What it all comes down to is diet(low cal, low fat) and exercise(cardio). It has to be a permanent lifestyle change. Of course, it's easier said than done!
